As the sales manager you will be managing a team of telemarketers through remote interfaces and following up on the status of sales. In addition, the sales manager will report to the director of the department and create weekly goals for the team under management. In addition to managing your team you will help redesign and improve our ongoing business operating system with (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) business reviews to the executives of IHM.

Requirement

• No selling experience required.

• Work From Home.

• Familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.

• Must have clear communication skills and act with professionalism.

• Motivated and organized.

• Independent, goal-oriented and self motivated.
