As the sales manager you will be managing a team of telemarketers through remote interfaces and following up on the status of sales. In addition, the sales manager will report to the director of the department and create weekly goals for the team under management. In addition to managing your team you will help redesign and improve our ongoing business operating system with (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly) business reviews to the executives of IHM.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience selling in your local market.
• Familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Adobe, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experienced to manage a sales team at a high performing level.
• A good understanding of financial modules (profit & loss).
• Excellent Leadership and Managerial skills.
• Independent, goal-oriented and self motivated.
• High level of written and spoken English language.
• Ready for immediate start.
