The Connoisseur Club program (“Program”) is a paid loyalty program, a product of Innovative Hospitality Marketing Inc. (“IHM”). By participating in the Connoisseur Club program and your use of the membership card (being digital or in any format) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein including any amendments, revisions, alterations, modifications and/or supplements that we make from time to time in accordance with the provisions of hereof.
The program and its benefits are offered at sole discretion of IHM. IHM may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this program, or any other loyalty program, at any time to any related or unrelated entity, in its sole discretion.
1- The Terms & Conditions of enrollment in Connoisseur Club Membership–
- New members may enroll in the Connoisseur Club program by completing the required information on the IHM website, the Connoisseur Club App or other channels authorized by IHM. By enrolling in the program and making the payment of the enrollment fees and using your membership account, you will be eligible for the benefits described on http://www.ihmloyalty.com/ website, which members can redeem at participating hotels, restaurants and other participating providers.
- By enrolling in the program and taking advantage of its benefits, you agree that; you have to provide current and valid contact information, your member account name should be as shown in your legal identification, you should maintain one email address for your member account, that you are at least 18 years old and you confirm that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
- All memberships are valid only during the membership term (12 twelve consecutive calendar months which is one year after the initial purchase date) and expire automatically after the membership term expiration date noted on the E-card. The benefits provided by such memberships are subject to availability, are valid for all days of the week with the exclusion of black-out dates including Public holidays, ‘Eid Al-Adha, Eid- Al-fitr, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and any major events and cannot be utilized in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Participating hotels, restaurants and other providers in the program may be added or removed at the sole discretion of IHM.
- IHM reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update the Membership Terms and Conditions for the Connoisseur Club program, and to modify, suspend the program at any time. The “last updated’ date set forth at the top of these Terms and Conditions indicates when changes have been made, and it is a member’s responsibility to review changes to the Terms and Conditions regularly. By continuing your membership in the program after the date on which changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to those changes and affirming your agreement to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions, as updated. The current Connoisseur Club Membership Term and Conditions supersede all prior published Program Membership Terms and Conditions.
- The benefits associated with Connoisseur Club memberships are non-transferable and are restricted to members use exclusively and only to be used / redeemed by the member (to be the only individual using your member account).
- The redemption of the benefits is affected by communicating the electronic TOKEN released from Connoisseur club mobile app to the participating hotel / Connoisseur Club reservation centers. The TOKEN will be verified by the partnering hotels system to avail the benefit.
- Proof of identification / membership number may be required by some participating hotels.
2- Dining benefit -Food and Beverage
All food and beverages must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours and must be ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any special menus, clip-ons.
- Dining benefit /reductions shall not be applied to:
(1) Orders made off premises, functions, or through room service.
(2) Discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Membership Program.
(3) All meals and beverages taken as part of, bed & breakfast, half board, or full board package rates.
(4) Service charges and Taxes apply to the net / discounted amount of the bill. Gratuities are not included.
(5) Only (ONE) invitation TOKEN may be used per visit and may not be used with any other promotional or discounted offer.
(6) Member is not required to stay at the hotel to enjoy the dining benefits.
- Participating partners (hotels, restaurants, and other providers) participation may change and may cease / discontinue honoring benefits without prior notice and benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. However, members will be continuously updated on all such changes. Members have the option of verifying participating partner benefits by contacting our customer service center.
- The membership program marketing agent declines any liability or responsibility for any such changes /amendments /modifications.
3- Accommodation – Rooms benefit -
- Rooms are subject to reservations in advance and are based on room availability along with restrictions on allocated rooms at the time of reservation. Additionally, rooms benefits are not valid for existing bookings or bookings made through travel agents or for group or for block bookings. Rooms benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs. Coupons, vouchers, or any other room benefit certificates. Other restrictions may apply.
- Room upgrades benefits are valid for paid rooms booked through the Connoisseur club reservations department and will be confirmed upon arrival based on room availability.
- Room upgrade benefit is not valid for existing bookings or bookings made through travel agents /group /block bookings.
- No show for rooms reserved with invitation TOKEN will be forfeited.
- Reservations must be made no more than thirty (30) days in advance and directly with hotel reservations or Connoisseur Club reservations centers.
- All room reservation made through the Connoisseur Club reservations center will be confirmed with a hotel confirmation number and hence the booking is final and there will be no cancellation or refund.
- Room rates are valid for single/double occupancy.
- Room rates do not include gratuities or incidental charges.
- Additional tourism fees/ surcharges may apply based on government regulations.
- All E-invitations (TOKENS) released for redemption can only be used ONE TIME.
E-invitations are valid seven (7) days a week, except black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Conditions above in clause (1), up to the expiration date mentioned on E-invitations. Validity will not be extended beyond the mentioned expiration date. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount / promotional or special offers.
- Membership digital card and E-Invitations TOKEN benefits do not have any cash value and do not guarantee a room reservation or service.
- Membership benefits and E-invitations must not be misused by fraudulent activities or resold, auctioned, advertise to sell or exchanged for monetary value.
IHM reserves the right to terminate the member membership account should IHM determine in its sole discretion that the member activities in connection with the membership account are a contravention of the loyalty Program Rules and any benefits not redeemed in the membership account will be forfeited.
- Payment confirmation of Membership will be emailed to members registered / provided a payment confirmation email after purchased transaction is completed and bank authorization code is received.
- Delivery and access to mobile application is granted through an email to member registered / provided email address with a user name and password upon payment confirmation.
- It is the member’s full responsibility to always keep their password safe and secure. We highly recommend that you do not share your credentials with any person. We do recommend that you change your password on a regular basis to avoid misuse of your membership. Please do contact member services to report any issues.
- Cancellation of Membership & Refund Policy
The cancellation of a membership will be honored for a period of up to Ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase/ issue. Cancellation will be subject to the use of benefits of the membership. A cancellation fee of twenty-five Jordan Dinars (JD 25) will apply. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Users of this website who are Minor / under the age of 18 years old shall not register as a USER of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, franchisors, operators or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of memberships stated here, or any other affiliated or subsidiary companies, or the directors, managers, employees or agents, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the membership program (including the collectively protected parties) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or the Benefits provided to Member mentioned herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any protected party, the extent of any liability of any such protected party shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
The marketing agent is Innovative Hospitality Marketing Inc. (IHM). In no way is IHM liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Member of or others arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or any relationship liability for acts omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by the Member of or others resulting from the action or inaction of the Hotel, its agents or employees.
